Mission and vision -

The Mission of New Life is to make God’s love tangible in Amsterdam West and beyond. We do not want to close ourselves in the four walls of the church, but we want to reach out to the people around us and demonstrate what it means to live as Children of God. We find our identity in Jesus Christ and what he has done and does for us. His love is the foundation upon which we build our lives first and not our family or cultural background or the things that we do or do not do. His unconditional love changes every part of our lives.

New Life West is part of the Dutch foundation called New Life Netwerk –International Pentecostal Holiness Church. One of the primary goals of this foundation is to share the good news of Jesus Christ by starting new multicultural communities that can help serve the needs of our society, and continually develop activities and groups which will help serve the needs of the communities they are in.
New Life West is a tangible result of this goal.

The International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) is the name of the founding organization of NLN. The IPHC is the sending organization which supports Matthew and Femke Helland from the United States of America. You can read more about this in the year summaries published on this web-site (Dutch).
